Activity: The transition to data-driven operations and the application of artificial intelligence now impacts nearly every sector. With the support of numerous other higher education institutions and professional organizations, a unique, nationally expanding college for advanced studies has been established at the Faculty of Informatics of the University of Debrecen in Hungary. It offers a wide range of development opportunities for students interested in data science and artificial intelligence. The college welcomes students from across the country, allowing participation from students enrolled in any Hungarian higher education institution.
The college aims to significantly increase the number of professionals in the coming years who, utilizing the tools of artificial intelligence, can think and conduct research at a high level about data, the data economy, the development and utilization of data assets, thereby enhancing the country’s capacity to support data-intensive industries.
Scholarships and Other Rewards: The College conducts performance evaluations each semester/year, based on which it awards scholarships to its members. The College also organizes lecture series, provides free professional preparatory courses, and facilitates the acquisition of industrial certifications.
